Stocking up on beauty products is like a Voodoo scavenger hunt.
The mall, Ulta, then back to the mall because you forgot your favorite lip color was a Sephora specific product. Also, have you noticed how big the “shopping” bag is at Ulta?! That bag is full of black magic and trickery.
Just when I think, “Oh there isn’t much in my bag”, the total comes back at $247 and laughs in my face.
SUCKAAAA!!!
And then I ask if I have any points to use and they’ll excitedly say, “Oh yes, you have 1,927 points which gives you $2 off”.
WHAT IS THE POINT CONVERSION HERE PEOPLE?!
Ya’ll need to be giving me a vacation or a nap, because I just drove all over Harbison trying to find the right color pencil for my eyebrows so I don’t scare small children.
You asked me if I needed help when I walked in?! HELP ME NOT BE BROKE!!!!
Maybe Ulta and Sephora should just start hugging people on the way out, “Thanks for coming, sorry for the loss of your bank account”.
OR, go home with you and give your husband all the reasons YOU HAD TO HAVE the new Stila glitter eye-shadows.
But, we really do need them and Pout will teach us why!

Stila glitter and glow liquid eye shadows have become my favorite saving grace for that glam look on the go!
To start, Cille layered the liquid shadows in colors Smoldering Satin and Smoky Storm. To highlight under my brow she used Stila Kitten eyeshadow.
Underneath my eyes she lightly dabbed on Westman Atelier LIT to brighten. I had never used this product before and I bought it this day because I was so impressed!

For blush and highlight Cille used the Jouer, Rose Cut Gems palette which is currently on sale for $27.
In the past when I have used eyeshadows that have a glitter finish to them the glitter ends up falling all over my face.
One of the MAJOR pros about Stila glitter shadows is the pigment and color stays put on your eyelids. Your face doesn’t look like a disco ball 30 minutes after finishing your makeup.
Not that I’m against my face looking like a disco ball! I can recommend some products if you’re into that vibe too!
For my signature cat eye winged eyeliner we used Stila Smudge Pot in black. To add a pop of sass Cille painted my lips with Stila Beauty Boss lipgloss color, In the Red.
We used Era Beauty for my foundation.
Era Beauty is an airbrush foundation that I fell in love with this year from Pout! Depending on if I have a spray tan I either use shades R4 or Y5.
Their Instagram account provides a lot of insight on what shade may be best for you if you aren’t able to stop in Pout for a shade match!
To set all of Cille’s work she applied Beauty Blender RE-DEW Set and Refresh Spray.
The pigment and coverage are amazing in the Era foundations.
It’s my foundation of choice for days I am going for a full glam face.
On a day to day basis I use a foundation with more of a tinted moisturizer consistency by Laura Mercier.
